Almost all enthusiasts know: the Conero is a Windsurfer’s paradise. There are two main “magical places”: the Baia di Portonovo (where the Scirocco normally blows at 14-15 knots and the south wind reaches speeds of 20-25 knots, creating the perfect conditions for fun and slalom) and the picturesque beach of the Sassi Neri at Sirolo, covered by a favourable mistral that “travels” at 12-15 knots. European blue flag by Fee (Foundation for Environmental Education) to Sirolo and Numana for the services offered and for the quality of the water of their sea.

The boat trips organized by the "Traghettatori del Conero" are of particular interest: they organize daily trips around the bay of the Due Sorelle from Marcelli, Numana and Sirolo, appetizers on board with music, excursions for groups with detailed guided visits on the coast, schools and private associations. They also collaborate with museums to visit for excursions bu sea and by land and they organize dinners on board based on fish.
