How to reach Porto Recanati
How can I reach Porto Recanati by car?
We advise all the clients coming from South or from North to leave A14 motorway at Loreto-Porto Recanati tollgate. Then turn right to take SS16 Adriatica southwards (Pescara).
Continue for about 1500 meters, at the third roundabout, turn left towards Porto Recanati Nord – Numana.
Proceed for 2 km north (with the sea on your right) where you will find Agenzia Vacanze Mare on your left on via Vasco De Gama.

The client must take tort and penal liability for damage caused to the real estate or to third parties directly or caused by people he must answer for or with personally in His capacity as a Tenant of the real estate
Each reservation must be accompanied by a deposit, which will be paid by postal order, credit card or bank transfer, corresponding to 25% of the amount due for the rental. Cancellation is free up to 20 days before arrival. Afterwards the customer can still withdraw from the contract, losing however the deposit paid. The balance must be paid upon delivery of the keys to our office.
The apartments cannot be occupied by a number of people higher than the number declared on booking, children and babies included: the apartment vill not be delivered to those who don't follow this rule. The client explicitly relieves the Agency of every responsibility for damage caused b the behaviour of third parties and also in case of stoppage of the services for causes unrelated to the Agency.
Pets: admitted on authorization of the management
The keys will be given from 4 o' clock p. m. to 8 o' clock p.m. Clients are requested to inform the Agency if they cannot respect the above-stated timetable; elsewhere the deliver of the keys isn't guaranteed. The apartment must befree within 9 o'clock a.m.

Apartment equipment
Are the apartments provided with linens?
The Agency can provide bed linen and towels on request for a fee. The beds are equipped with mattress covers, bedspreads, and a light blanket.
How are the kitchens equipped?
The kitchens are complete with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans in proportion to the number of people the house can accommodate. Electronic accessories and appliances such as microwave ovens, blenders, or toasters are generally not present.
What is included in the rate?
The rate includes electricity, gas, and water consumption, beach service, air conditioning, and parking. The swimming pool is also included in the Internazionale and Sirio structures.
Are dogs allowed?
Only small dogs are allowed and only with prior authorization. They cannot access the beach.
What activities are available in the holiday villages?
In the Internazionale and Sirio villages, five-a-side football, tennis, bowls, and a swimming pool are available.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles directly on-site.
Do you have agreements with restaurants?
Yes, there are active agreements with some restaurants in the area.

How can I arrive by car?
We suggest that customers coming from the South or North exit the A14 motorway at the Loreto-Porto Recanati toll booth. Take the SS16 Adriatica heading south (Pescara). Continue for about 1500 meters and, at the third roundabout, turn left following the signs for Porto Recanati Nord – Numana. Proceed for 2 km heading north (sea on the right) where you will find the Vacanze Mare Agency on the left in via Vasco De Gama.
How far are the houses from the sea?
The structures are on the sea, while the houses are between 100 and 200 meters from the beach.
What is the beach like?
The beach is a mix of sand and fine gravel.
Can you hear the noise of the railway?
No, the railway is located about 1.5 km away.
How far are the structures from the center?
The structures are about 2 km from the center.
Key collection
Are the keys collected upon arrival at the Agency?
On the day of arrival, the keys must be collected at the Agency, upon payment of the balance, as indicated in the Contractual Conditions.
At what time can I take possession of the house on the day of arrival?
The Agency undertakes to make the houses available and clean by 4:00 PM on the afternoon of the day of arrival. We suggest that customers arrive between late morning and early afternoon to report to the office.
Is the Agency always open or does it close for lunch break on the day of arrival?
The office observes a short lunch break between 1:15 PM and 2:30 PM.
Is it possible to collect the keys after 8:00 PM on the day of arrival?
Yes, it is possible. In case of an expected arrival after 8:00 PM, you must inform the Agency, which will provide you with the instructions for collection.
Is it possible to leave luggage at reception after check-out?
Yes, luggage can be left at reception after check-out.
When is payment made and what methods do you accept?
Payment is made at check-in. We accept: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Maestro), Cash (within legal limits), Bank transfer (only if in advance), and digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
