How to reach Porto Recanati
How can I reach Porto Recanati by car?
We advise all the clients coming from South or from North to leave A14 motorway at Loreto-Porto Recanati tollgate. Then turn right to take SS16 Adriatica southwards (Pescara).
Drive on for about 1500 metres, then turn left following the road sign Porto Recanati Nord - Numana. You will find a roundabout, follow the road signs for Numana.
Drive on for 2 Km northwards ( the sea is on your right ) and on the left there is the Vacanze Mare Agency near the shopping centre of the villages.
Contract condition
LEASE FOR TOURIST USE
The client must take tort and penal liability for damage caused to the real estate or to third parties directly or caused by people he must answer for or with personally in His capacity as a Tenant of the real estate
Each booking must be accompanied by a down payment, which will be made by postal order, bank draft or bank transfer, equivalent to 30% of the total due for the lease. The balance must be settled on the delivery of the keys at our office. If the client, after the booking of the apartment, wants to back out of the contract, can do it, but he loses the down payment he has made; if, on the contrary, the client communicates the withdrawal on two days before the beginning of the lease, he must pay the whole rent fixed for the lease.
The apartments cannot be occupied by a number of people higher than the number declared on booking, children and babies included: the apartment vill not be delivered to those who don't follow this rule. The client explicitly relieves the Agency of every responsibility for damage caused b the behaviour of third parties and also in case of stoppage of the services for causes unrelated to the Agency.
Pets: admitted on authorization of the management
The keys will be given from 5 o' clock p. m. to 8 o' clock p.m. Clients are requested to inform the Agency if they cannot respect the above-stated timetable; elsewhere the deliver of the keys isn't guaranteed. The apartment must befree within 9 o'clock a.m.

What the apartments are supplied with
Are the apartments supplied with linen?
The Agency can supply bedlinen and towels on request for a fee. The beds are supplied with mattress covers, bedcovers and a light blanket.
How are the kitchens equipped?
The kitchens are complete with plates, glasses, tableware, pots and pans according to the number of people the apartment can house. Generally there aren't any electron fittings such as microwave ovens, mixers, toaster, etc.

Delivery of the keys
Are the keys picked up at the Agency on the arrival?
The keys must be picked up at the Agency on the day of arrival, against full payment, as indicated in the Contract Conditions
What time can one take possession of the apartment?
The Agency undertakes to make the apartments free and clean within 5 o'clock p.m. on the da of arrival. Some apartments, above all in the low season, are clean before 5 o'clock p.m. We advise the Clients to try to arrive between the late morning and the early afternoon and to go to the Agency.
Is the Agency always open or is it closed during the lunch break on the day of arrival?
The Agency closes from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. for a lunch break.
Can we pick up the keys after 8 o'clock on the day of the arrival?
Yes, you can. In case you reckon to arrive after 8 o'clock p.m. you need to inform the Agency which will indicate you the way to pick up the keys when the Agency is closed.
