The following are included in the rate:

• Consumption of power, gas and water
• Beach equipment: 1 sun umbrella, 2 sun beds for each apartment.
• Air conditioning
• Parking
• Wi-fi common areas
• Sanitization

Charged services:

• Cradle (in place of a bed): 25 a week.
• Linen on request:
  bedlinen, 9 per person each change o.
  Towels, 8 per person each change.

The minimum stay: 7 days - Arrival and departure day: SATURDAY.

Arrival time: from 4 o'clock p.m. to 8 o'clock p.m.
Departure time: within 9 o'clock a.m.

Small pets upon authorization

Final cleaning ( on request, if it isn't done by the client ): 90€

Visitor s’ tax not included
Euro 0.50 a day for a maximum of 10 days, ecept children under 10 years of age.
