Numana, which is less than 10 miles far from the Villages, is the first seaside resort you meet, after Porto Recanati, if you head north. The beaches of Numana include the beaches of low Numana ( from the port of Numana as far as Marcelli ) and those of high Numana.
Numana preserves its seaside origins from above, where a network of narrow streets embrace the colourful fishermen's homes while unwinding over an extensive scenic view of the sea. There is a terrace that offers a unique view of the entire coastline of the Conero Riviera.
It is possible to descend towards the harbour from the centre of the town by strolling down the ancient step street, which was used by the fishermen every morning at dawn. Here lies the lowest part of Numana, which is also the most modern and lively part of town: full of bars and establishments.

Urbani beach is a charming beach situated in one of the bays at Sirolo. It's only 12 km.far from the Villages Vacanze Mare.
The gravelly beach takes the name from the cave which bounds it south, while north it's protected by a high cliff. This small jewuel is made even more impressive by the luxuriant mediterranean vegetation which surrounds all the beach and fills it with colours and scent.
You can reach Urbani beach on foot from the centre of Sirolo or by shuttle.

This is a long, wild and free beach. It is perfect for people who want to come into full contact with nature. It is made up of big white pebbles on which big dark stones rise. No facilities are present.
